Their menu consists of drip coffee, Americanos, macchiatos, cappuccinos, cold brew and so much more!

"I love working at Seed because I truly believe in what they stand for. We recently gathered to support those impacted by Hurricane Helene and worked to serve those affected. I love Seed because it’s so much more than just coffee,” said Anna Taylor, a senior at the University of Tennessee.

This coffeehouse is renowned for its strong sense of community and global connections that incorporate a variety of different cultures. Seed is much more than just a coffee shop. Seed proudly foster tangible sustainability and work to impact those all around them.

Seed invests in growth by serving others, creating a sense of community, and raising awareness by providing a community. They use their resources to focus on the potential of others and actively work to restore relationships. Seed emphasizes that life is about more than just material possessions. All the staff are trained to support those around them and are eager to share their values and philanthropy.

To Seed, growing together means planting, cultivating and harvesting and they reap the benefits of their investments. Their holistic approach is rooted in their belief that God is involved in all aspects of life, and they aim to restore broken relationships through faith and poverty alleviation.

Grace Meyer, a senior at the University of Tennessee, loves her experience as an employee at Seed.

"Working at Seed has impacted me greatly. I feel like I have grown immensely as an individual and also love working locally for an ethical business that uplifts both myself and others,” Meyer said.

With the help of their supporters and coffee enthusiasts, customers not only get to enjoy some of the best coffee and tea in Knoxville but also have the opportunity to give back to those in need by reinvesting in farms and families in Haiti.

“Seed is truly the place to be. I especially love greeting Mamba during those early morning shifts,” Meyer said.

Mamba is Seed’s adorable and friendly black, white, and orange kitty who adopted the shop late last summer. She loves to roam around the coffee shop, especially outside near the seating area where the views are gorgeous. Mamba is the most social kitty and is beloved by all the customers and guests who get the chance to pet her.

Make sure to stop by Seed and stay awhile!
